Show and Tell Friday: Jason’s roses

show-and-tell.jpg Kelli at There’s No Place Like Home hosts “Show and Tell Friday” asking “Do you have a something special to share with us? It could be a trinket from grade school, a piece of jewelry, an antique find. Your show and tell can be old or new. Use your imagination and dig through those old boxes in your closet if you have to! Feel free to share pictures and if there’s a story behind your special something, that’s even better! If you would like to join in, all you have to do is post your “Show and Tell” on your blog, copy the post link, come over here and add it to Mr. Linky. Guidelines are here.“

My middle son, Jason, took a friend to the store yesterday to get supplies for college and brought these back for me, for no special reason.

  1. Awww…how sweet of your son! Your roses are beautiful! Can any other flower even compare to a rose? I think not! 🙂

  2. Lucky you to receive such a pretty bouquet of roses!

I am posting some rosy pictures on S&T today as well, you are more than welcome to pass by my garden!

    Best wishes, Anita

  3. There’s nothing as special as getting flowers….just because! They are lovely, Barbara. Savour them, as I know you will. ((HUGS))

  4. Now that is something to show and tell about! Isn’t it great when our kids show us unexpectedly that they love and appreciate us. I hope you are basking in the joy of it!

  5. Barbara,

    What a thoughtful son….he will make a great husband..that touches my heart……

Thanks for the visit and the comment about our new bikes…Betty

  6. Hello! Thank you for coming by my place! Yours is lovely!!

How very sweet of your kiddo!
I can’t wait till mine are old enough to surprise me…..so long as it isn’t with snakes heeheehee.

  7. Oh, don’t let them fool you! There is definitely a reason. He loves you!! What a sweet young man.

Thanks for stopping by my show and tell today.

  8. Those roses are incredibly gorgeous! What is more beautiful is the giving and thoughtful heart of a son towards his Mother. It’s neat to see your son is learning at a young age to bless the women in his life with thoughtfulness and beauty!

  9. How sweet. They are absolutely beautiful! I bet they smell as beautiful as they look too. I hope you enjoy them.
